America the Beautiful

On This Day- Oh man, what a day. So lets just keep things short. We decided to go off-roading with the Blazer because my mom remembers doing this trail with her dad. So, haha, we kinda sorta got confused and all turned around. What was suppose to be a 3 1/2 trip ended up being over 5 hours. We got to Lake City, spent 15 minutes there, and then headed home. On a real road at least. Yup another 4 hour ride home. Yeah… So my dad figured he spent about 12 hours driving today. :P

Day 180- Well we got the top of Engineer Pass. We THOUGHT we where on Cinnamon Pass. But being that the map we were provided with was HORRIBLY inaccurate, we got all turned around and found our way up on Engineer Pass. We wanted to take Cinnamon Pass to Lake City, but somewhere along the road, we made a wrong turn or something. To tell ya the truth, we have no idea how we missed the turn. Lets just say the roads here are a bit confusing. (a poor workman always blames his tools. lol)

Here's the unedited version. I was pretty impressed how well it turned out. But as always, Photoshop can make photos, better. :)

What did I say? Photoshop really made this photo better! :D Im to lazy/tired to tell you what I did.
